• Carefully wrap up the denture you would like cloned and safely package for shipping. (Optional: Take a wash impression in the existing denture to ensure the replica has a perfect fit)
• Ship the Denture with a completed RX form including Acrylic and Tooth Shades and instructions “Denture Clone” to Pan-Am. Allow 1-2 days for Shipping. (Visit https://panamdl.com/free-ups-shipping-center/ to print a shipping label and schedule a pickup.)
• Pan-Am will make an exact clone of the denture in 2-4 business days and ship it back to your office.

• Use your intraoral scanner to scan the entire surface of the denture ensuring that there are no voids in the scan.
• Send the scan to Pan-Am.
